SPDM enables authentication, attestation, and exchange to enable infrastructure security of components, including those from third parties as well as provide transit security assurance.

The platform certificate works in concert with a cryptographic initial device identifier certificate.

which provides secure, zero-touch onboarding and automatic provisioning and access management for the server's integrated applications.
