Yo what's up guys it's the econzone here and in today's video I'm going to through 5 reasons

why I haven't transitioned to 3PL and I'm still using AliExpress after 4 years of running my dropship in business.

There's actually going to be a bonus reason at the end where you could generate free money from using AliExpress.

So before I actually go through the 5 reasons I'm just going to the current performance method that I use.

So first things first is the customer is going to place an order on my website.

The is going to appear on Shopify as well as DSSes and my team will then fulfill that order through the DSSes app.

The order will then appear on the AliExpress account and my AliExpress

applies will then fulfill the order within two days and normally within a day.

The applies then assigns a tracking number to the AliExpress order which then gets pulled through to DSS and then after ship will send shipping

notifications to my customer.

The first reason why I'm still using AliExpress is due to its convenience.

I have a huge product selection for you to choose from port products and order your orders via DS's,

there's no risk involved because you don't need to bulk buy any of your products,

there's no upfront capital required, and you still have a larger product selection within your niche.

You can also buy multiple suppliers for one product so that if one supplier screws you over, you backups to fall on.

The second reason is testing products quickly.

So can quickly find products within your niche, contact supplies easily, and then import them into your store via dases with only a few clicks.

You can then order samples and have them arrive within two weeks.

If you're happy with the samples it's safe to say that the other products from that same supplier.

Supplies on AliExpress offers competitive pricing and for me AliExpress is cheap and free PL due to shipping costs and storage costs.

to work them because they ship either on the east side of the US or the west side of the US.

the shipping costs and storage costs it was just simply too expensive to work with them as well.

And this is why this whole time I've still been using AliExpress.

But the fourth point is adaptability to market changes.

Being able to adapt in this fast-paced world is crucial to success in dropshipping.

And this is also one of the reasons why I don't recommend beginning to start one product store.

Because once your product stops trending or too many competitors start sending the same product as you,

you can have a tough time moving to another product because you're not making sales.

The next point is working with multiple suppliers and AliExpress is way better than sending one product in bulk to a free PL

because this doesn't allow you to adapt to market trends and customer demands.

And this also brings us on to the next point where you hold no risk of not selling all your inventory by market changes

or the customer demands drops for your product.

Competitors may also jump on a bandwagon and start sending the same product as you.

After you work with suppliers for some time, you can negotiate pricing with them.

Some suppliers have actually given me a 5% discount on all my purchases with them, and some may not.

It really depends on the supplier.
