I am back with another one I eat in a day.
For breakfast, I am craving a continental breakfast.
Honestly, I would like to get away.
But since I can't do that right now, I'm going to bring that experience right on here at home.
So let's get started with the muffins first.
Let's preheat the oven first to 325, so we're going to start off with our wet ingredients, eggs, we need three of them.
Now let's just whisk them.
We're going to add 3-4th cup of maple syrup, 4th cup of avocado oil.
Now I'm going to get one large banana.
We're going to peel it and then mash it up.
Once that's obliterated into a puree, we're going to add it to our mixture.
I'm gonna add two cups of almond flour.
What is the point of going to the gym?
If I can't even mix this batter y'all, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
I always love to add a little crunch to my munch.
So gonna be adding some walnuts that I just chopped up.
Why not add a little bit of organic dark chocolate chips.
Let's get out our muffin tins.
Throw on a little cupcake liner.
Now we're just gonna fill them up.
All right, we're gonna pop these into the oven for 15 minutes.
While that's baking, let's make ourselves the little fruit salad.
I'm always very tempted to buy the fruit that comes pre-packed in the grocery store.
I know that somewhere my mom would be frowning at me.
So I think it's like my cultural duty to be able to cut fruit on my own.
Oh, I love the summertime.
This when the fruit is thriving.
I don't need to get this pre-cut, cut it myself.
I'm gonna have two eggs today.
I've been loving to cook with butter.
I'm gonna let the residual heat cook it up.
I'm gonna put the eggs right here.
I'm make a little bit of cantaloupe, some blueberries, and some raspberries.
My inner child is screaming.
Guys, I am not mad at my little continental breakfast situation for some sauces.
Gonna use some tapatillo for my eggs.
If I wanted to be real freaky, I could have added some cheese, but this morning was not that morning.
You guys can't see the steam, but it's steaming.
That's the beauty of baking your own goods.
Food just tastes better when you make it yourself.
You even if it doesn't taste that good, you're still hyped that you made it.
Mm, these are the best muffins I made in a while.
Before I forget, I've Huge thank you to ritual for sponsoring this portion of the video.
I know with vitamins it can get pretty overwhelming on what you want to choose or where it's source,
but ritual has been my go-to for over a and I have been using a ritual as high as Sarah and I've been really loving the results.
Since I'm in my 30s I am all about preventing and just preserving the money maker right here.
Yes, I do slather on oils, creams, serums all over my face, but when I take high as Sarah I am hitting it deeper because it's working from the inside out.
High as Sarah's been clinically proven to reduce sprinkles, fine lines, and improve skin smoothness.
It enhances my skin from within.
And been loving the way my skin looks.
It looks really glowy and plump.

I'll also leave all that information in the description box so pop it open.
Alright, it is time to make some lunch for us and I am feeling salmon hand rolls.
How yummy does that sound?
Fresh, delicious, very simple to make.
So what you're gonna need is some salmon.
Luckily, I have prepared this salmon in advance.
If you've got cupy mayo, that's the way to go.
This is the state of my cupy mayo.
Should I just add the rest of this right now?
Add a little squirt of that.
Mayo and sriracha Undefeatable combo.
I think I want a little bit more kick, so I'm gonna add fly-by-jane chili oil.
This sauce has been one of my addictions lately.
How many rolls do I want?
Four feels very dignified.
I want my cucumbers to be perfect, so and then I'm just gonna make some thin strips.
Let's see if I can make a cone, so I'm gonna add a bit of rice right here.
I'm gonna have two cucumbers, some of this delicious salmon crack.
We're going to add a little bit of rice.
I'm to use that as an adhesive agent.
Got our first cone, baby.
Yes, I'm gassing myself up, but I'm hella proud that I made this right now.
I feel like I'm at a sushi bar or something.
Let's eat the first roll.
Ta Wonder winner chicken dinner.
I'm digging this hand roll because it's still really warm.
I'm looking at the viewfinder right now.
I've been filming for three minutes.
That means I've been eating a hand roll a minute.
Gosh, I should the rest of these.
Mm-hmm just brilliant All right folks at his dinner time and I'm Mm-hmm, shocker, I know.
So I thought I would turn this kitchen into a little barbecue situation.
I've got some beef brisket and I thought that we would have it with some.
So I've got a large head of red leaf lettuce.
I'm gonna cut the ends off.
I also got a pack of sesame leaves.
These have more of like a nutty flavor.
So we're gonna give them a nice good wash and let them dry off.
I'm like full blown adult, but for some reason, when I'm grilling meat, I feel like I've met like the final red boss of adulthood.
This is a rule usually in my dad would handle.
I'm just gonna add some avocado oil.
This is why I don't like the grill.
get a round of applause to those who decide to take on the role of grill master at cream barbecue.
I really worked up a sweat doing that.
Gonna add the red leaf lettuce.
There we have our little sum.
I also want to make a little dipping sauce.
And I'm going to add some sesame oil.
My mom made some ssamjang.
This is the sauce that you're gonna need to make your perfect little ssam parcels.
Dipping sauce is completed.
This looks freaking delicious.
I brought out two of my favorite kimchis.
One is the oji, the original, this kimchi is dank.
This is also the last of it.
And then I also have my favorite type of kimchi, which is katugi.
This is like a hard radish kimchi.
I do feel like I'm choosing violence while eating in a white dress, but...
Let's get cracking y'all.
Layer types of leaves together.
I'm going to add some Samjang as the base.
Add my perfect mound of white rice, yummy.
And I'm going to add a piece of meat.
I'm going to dip it inside the sesame oil.
I'm going to actually bring this a little closer to me.
This is my version of perfection.
There is no elegant way to eat some.
You just gotta go like this.
I'm about so freaking Mmm, you guys have no idea how much joy this is bringing me.
Let me just eat one of my kaktugis Mmm,
if you like crunchy things,
you're gonna like this Mmm, whenever I'm feeling low making myself a meal from structure It makes me feel accomplished, you know.
I think it's the human brain loves when things begin and when they end.
When you're cooking, you're satisfying that.
Mmm, my battery is dying.
Okay, well, my rest is a good time to end it, y'all.
I hope you guys enjoyed eating with me all day.
If you're trying to eat these recipes, hit me up, I'd love to see.
Makes really happy when I see y'all eating the same food I'm eating.
Anyway, thanks for watching, and I'll see you guys in the one.
